Job summary

Accenture Song in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a major client partnership. You will be the senior day-to-day client lead, bringing together strategy, planning, investment, activation, performance and data to ensure decisions translate into exceptional delivery.

You’ll move between senior client conversations and hands-on media planning, live campaign challenges, and team leadership, with a focus on commercial outcomes and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong media judgement and commercial awareness.
• Ability to lead senior client conversations across strategy, planning and investment.
• Experience in managing complex client accounts and senior relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Relationship: own the senior day-to-day client relationship, build trust, understand client business and translate into media challenges.
• Connect Strategy to Execution: lead media response across strategy, planning, investment, activation and performance.
• Drive Account Excellence: establish clear ways of working, manage scope, fees, and forecasts; anticipate scope creep.
• Lead & Develop the Team: provide direction, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across media, performance, data, technology and strategy.
