Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Senior Client Delivery & Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations and act as the bridge between client teams and internal departments. You will champion milestones, manage expectations, and drive operational outcomes using platforms like ValEx, Property Hub, RP Data, and custom data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience delivering technical solutions and managing complex client integrations.
• High resilience, emotional intelligence, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting with exposure to ticketing systems/CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with comfort using automation/AI tools for workflows and communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Director to manage a portfolio of key clients and lead end-to-end implementation of complex technical solutions.
• Understand client roadmaps and translate challenges into effective Cotality solutions with internal teams.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve escalations and operational issues.
• Develop deep product knowledge across ValEx, Property Hub, RP Data, and custom data solutions for clients and internal use.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Project Management to ensure deliverables meet client commitments.
• Navigate Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence while leveraging AI tools to improve discovery and communications.
