Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Senior Client Delivery & Engagement Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations and partner with the Account Director to drive operational success across key clients. You will translate client needs into actionable Cotality solutions and coordinate with Sales, Product and Project Management to ensure value delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in technical solution delivery, strong resilience, autonomy, and proficiency with CRM platforms

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years delivering technical solutions and managing complex client integrations.
• Ability to translate client needs into features with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and spoken communication with executives.
• Resilience, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for complex client integrations.
• Champion project milestones and operational reviews.
• Translate client problems into Cotality solutions with internal teams.
• Coordinate across Sales, Product, Project Management.
• Triage and resolve complex client enquiries and escalations.
• Leverage Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence and AI tools to streamline workflows.
