Job summary

Cotality Australia is seeking a Senior Client Delivery & Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end client integrations for a portfolio of key clients. You will partner with the Account Director, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate client needs into actionable product and operational outcomes.

Bring 3–5+ years of delivery leadership, resilience, and AI fluency to drive strategic engagements, optimise workflows, and maintain exceptional client partnerships within the PropTech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for complex client integrations.
• Proactive operator with resilience and autonomy to manage shifting client priorities.
• Strong problem solving and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and presentation communication to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging automation/AI to improve workflows and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for a portfolio of key clients.
• Partner with Account Director to manage client delivery milestones and expectations.
• Triages and resolves operational and technical issues through to resolution.
• Build expertise across core platforms (ValEx, Property Hub, RP Data, custom data solutions).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Project Management to ensure delivery meets commitments.
