Qualifications

• 3–5+ years delivering technical solutions and managing complex client integrations.
• Resilience, emotional intelligence, proactive operator capable of independent work.
• Experience with ticketing systems or CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA).
• Strong written, in-person and presentation skills to communicate technical solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Director to manage end-to-end client integrations.
• Translate client problems into Cotality solutions with internal teams.
• Triage and resolve complex client enquiries and escalations.
• Build subject matter expertise across core platforms and data solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Project Management to ensure delivery against commitments.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve client communications.
