Job summary

Moncler Chatswood Chase in Sydney is hiring a Senior Client Advisor for a full-time permanent role. You will be at the heart of the Moncler customer experience, delivering exceptional service, guiding clients through the brand journey, and contributing to sales targets and store operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury fashion, a client-focused mindset, and strong communication. Multilingual skills are a plus, and you will join a passionate team dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment.
• Experience within a structured luxury retail brand and demonstrated success with targets and KPIs.
• Mentor and role model with experience supporting team members.
• Naturally client-focused with a strong commercial mindset.
• Genuine passion for the Moncler brand.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual skills are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable client experiences by building genuine relationships and guiding customers through every step of their Moncler journey—from first contact to after-sales care.
• Drive strong sales results through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Bring Moncler’s visual standards to life on the shop floor.
• Work closely with the stockroom to ensure smooth store operations, including stock movement and replenishment.
• Be an active, positive team player who brings energy and pride to every shift.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Client Advisor, you’ll be at the heart and soul of the Moncler experience. This position is available on a full-time permanent basis. Working alongside a passionate team, you will play a key role in achieving individual and store sales targets, whilst contributing to the overall operations and running of the store.

We’re looking for a senior luxury retail specialist, who can bring experience, knowledge and creativity, to create an exceptional in-store experience, drive sales results, and maintain lasting relationships with our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create memorable client experiences by building genuine, lasting relationships and guiding customers through every step of their Moncler journey - from first contact to after-sales care and clientelling

• Drive strong sales results through exceptional service and product knowledge

• Bring Moncler’s visual standards to life on the shop floor

• Work closely with the stockroom to keep the store running seamlessly, from stock movement to replenishment

• Be an active, positive team player who brings enthusiasm, energy and pride to every shift

Who you are

• An experienced luxury retail professional, with at least 3 years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment

• Experience working within a structured luxury retail brand, demonstrated success in achieving set targets and KPIs

• A confident mentor and role model, with experience supporting and guiding team members

• Naturally client-focused, combining exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset

• Genuinely passionate about the Moncler brand and what it represents

• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Multilingual skills are highly regarded and considered a plus
