Job summary

Moncler is seeking an experienced Client Advisor Lead for our Chatswood Chase boutique in Sydney. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead on service, sales, and culture, while developing and guiding the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

We’re looking for a senior luxury retail professional who can mentor others, drive performance, and embody the Moncler brand across the store floor and customer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in premium or luxury fashion retail.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Passion for Moncler brand and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client experience and build long-term relationships.
• Achieve strong sales results and contribute to store targets.
• Coach and develop team members, share product knowledge.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and driven Client Advisor Lead to join our Chatswood Chase boutique, on a full-time basis.

Partnering closely with the Store Manager, you will balance exceptional client engagement with people leadership, driving individual and store performance while guiding, developing and inspiring the team. You will lead by example on the shop floor, setting the standard for service, sales and culture. You will build people management skills to ensure support and guidance is readily available, creating a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

This is the perfect development opportunity for an experienced senior sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their luxury retail career and gain exposure to store management responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver a distinctive and personalised client experience by building long-term relationships and managing all stages of the client journey, including after-sales service and clienteling
• Consistently achieve strong individual sales results while contributing to overall store targets
• Support the training, coaching and development of team members, sharing best practice and product knowledge
• Play an active role in fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
• Ensure Moncler’s visual merchandising standards are implemented and maintained at all times
• Collaborate closely with the stockroom team to support efficient stock movement, replenishment and organisation
• Lead with energy, professionalism and enthusiasm, motivating the team through your presence on the shop floor

Who you are

• An experienced luxury retail professional, with at least 4 years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service while achieving commercial results
• Ready to take the next step into leadership, or already supporting others through mentoring and training
• Genuinely passionate about the Moncler brand and what it represents
• A confident communicator who thrives in a team environment
• Highly organised, adaptable and motivated to grow within a global luxury brand
• Multilingual skills are highly regarded and considered a plus
