Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for a globally recognised luxury retailer in Sydney CBD. You will deliver an elevated client experience, build meaningful relationships and drive boutique performance.

Ideal candidates bring luxury retail expertise, a passion for styling and a proven ability to exceed sales targets. Mandarin/Cantonese skills are advantageous, with a focus on mentoring juniors and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTW luxury retail with a focus on client experience and relationship-building.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow a returning client base.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end luxury client experience and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales performance and contribute to boutique targets.
• Develop and grow a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Support Boutique Manager with daily operations and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing product knowledge and luxury service standards.
• Maintain high visual merchandising, presentation and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the team for a premium in-store experience.
• Engage a diverse clientele; Mandarin/Cantonese skills are advantageous.

• Naturally relationship-focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded but not essential.

The Package

• $70,000-$80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
