Job summary

Moncler is seeking an experienced Client Advisor Lead for our Chatswood Chase boutique in Sydney. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead on service, sales, and culture, while developing and guiding the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

We’re looking for a senior luxury retail professional who can mentor others, drive performance, and embody the Moncler brand across the store floor and customer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in premium or luxury fashion retail.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Passion for Moncler brand and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client experience and build long-term relationships.
• Achieve strong sales results and contribute to store targets.
• Coach and develop team members, share product knowledge.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team culture.
• Maintain Moncler visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with stockroom for stock movement and organisation.
• Lead with energy and professionalism on the shop floor.
