Job summary

McConnell Dowell in Perth is seeking experienced Supervisors/Senior Supervisors to lead day-to-day delivery of a major transport infrastructure project. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and resources to keep works progressing safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and the ability to interpret drawings while maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards across civil, utilities and ITS works.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supervision teams on major civil projects.
