Job summary

McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the Commercial team delivering the Kwinana Freeway Widening Project in Western Australia. You will work with the Commercial Manager and project team to manage subcontractor relationships, protect the project's commercial position, and drive strong commercial outcomes throughout delivery.

You’ll influence systems, processes and commercial strategy early in delivery, while collaborating with industry-leading

Qualifications

Experience as a Senior Contract Administrator on major civil infrastructure projects.
Sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial administration principles.
Ability to build strong working relationships across project and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage subcontract and supplier contracts throughout project delivery.
Assess, negotiate and manage variations, claims and contractual entitlements.
Support forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting activities.
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Mentor and support Contract Administrators within the commercial team.
