McConnell Dowell is seeking a Site Supervisor for a major utilities project in Western Sydney. You will lead daily construction activities, supervise crews and plant, and ensure safety, quality, and progress targets are met.
You will drive a strong safety culture, manage site records, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.
