GHD in Gladstone is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer | Project Manager to lead the Roads team, overseeing design and documentation of transport infrastructure from concept to construction. You will manage multi-disciplinary projects, engage with clients, and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic regional setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) is required.
• 10–15 years' experience in civil/road projects.
• Experience establishing client relationships and supporting winning work.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ preferred or in progress.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Project manage and be technically responsible for large planning and design projects ($2M+ design fee) with multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Develop local junior engineers and design personnel.
• Ground truth designs across regional Queensland's remote road network.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects through other offices as required.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and skill development within civil and transport engineering.
