GHD is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager to join the Roads team in Gladstone. You will manage the design and documentation of transport infrastructure projects across public and private sectors, leading multi-disciplinary delivery from concept through construction.

You will establish client relationships, lead large-scale projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to knowledge development within a regional Queensland context.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) required.
• 10–15 years' experience in civil engineering and project leadership.
• Experience establishing client relationships and winning work.
• Strong project management and mentoring skills.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ preferred or in progress.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and documentation for transport infrastructure projects.
• Manage large, multi-disciplinary planning and design projects ($2M+ design fee).
• Develop and mentor local junior engineers and designers.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and win project work.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to knowledge sharing.
