Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Civil Designer for Roads & Highways based in Gladstone or Rockhampton, Queensland. You will lead the design delivery of major road and civil infrastructure projects, applying advanced 12d modelling and industry standards to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with engineers and clients, and help shape transport networks across Queensland while enjoying Queensland's regional lifestyle and the opportunity to work on nationally

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil design experience focused on roads and highways.
• Advanced 12d modelling capability and experience with TMR projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring small design teams.

As a Senior Civil Designer in our Roads & Highways team based in Gladstone or Rockhampton, you’ll lead the delivery of complex road and civil infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on communities across Queensland.

You’ll enjoy the opportunity to live and work in Central Queensland while staying connected to a nationally recognised transport team delivering some of the state’s most significant infrastructure projects. Working alongside talented engineers, project managers and technical specialists, you’ll help shape the future of transport networks across the region.
