Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Authentication) to own the end-to-end CIAM roadmap and backlog across digital and assisted channels in Sydney. You will balance robust security with user experience, driving governance across login, MFA, passwordless, adaptive authentication, and biometrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CIAM or digital identity programs.
• Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale authentication platforms.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management and fraud risk.
• Experience in regulated consumer environments (telecoms/banking) is desirable.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
