Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Authentication) to own the CIAM transformation. You will lead the end-to-end authentication roadmap, balancing security, fraud prevention and user experience across digital and assisted channels.

You will drive governance across login, adaptive/authentication methods, passwordless, and biometrics while collaborating with Cyber Security, Risk, and Customer Care to standardize capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Extensive Product Management or Product Owner experience in CIAM, Digital Identity, Authentication, or Cyber Security.
• Deep expertise in modern authentication concepts and standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, passwordless, biometrics).
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale customer authentication platforms (e.g., Ping Identity, Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock).
• Understanding of digital journeys, identity lifecycle, security controls, and fraud risk mitigation.
• Experience in large-scale, highly regulated consumer environments is highly desirable.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management and ability to align competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end authentication roadmap and backlog across digital and assisted channels.
• Drive product decisions and governance across login, step-up auth, account recovery, adaptive auth, passwordless, biometrics.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to standardize reusable authentication capabilities.
• Lead enterprise-scale platform migrations and define KPIs to measure impact.
• Shape the overarching identity vision and align security, UX, and delivery priorities.
