Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Authentication) to own the end-to-end authentication roadmap for our CIAM transformation. You will work with Digital, Engineering, Cyber Security, Fraud, Risk, and Customer Care to align security, user experience and regulatory requirements across login, MFA, passwordless, and biometrics.

The role focuses on driving governance, defining KPIs, and delivering enterprise-scale identity capabilities across multiple channels.

Qualifications

Extensive Product Management experience in CIAM or digital identity.
Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, passwordless.
Proven track record delivering enterprise auth platforms (Ping Identity, Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock).
Strong understanding of customer journeys, identity lifecycle, security controls, and fraud risk mitigation.
Experience in regulated consumer environments (telecoms or banking) is desirable.
Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end authentication roadmap and backlog across digital and assisted channels.
Drive governance across login, step-up authentication, account recovery, adaptive/risk-based authentication, passwordless and biometrics.
Collaborate with CIAM program stakeholders and cross-functional teams to standardize reusable authentication capabilities.
Define high-impact KPIs and lead enterprise-scale platform migrations.
