Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Chef in similar capacity
• Grill and butchery experience essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare full range of foods according to menus and standards
• Prepare, serve and store food items per kitchen requirements
• Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
• Plan menus and ordering of food supplies
• Monitor, order and manage stocks
• Train kitchen staff and supervise in absence of Executive Chef
• Ensure health, hygiene and safety policies are followed
