Job summary

Department for Child Protection (DCP) in Keswick, SA, invites applications for a Senior Change Network Lead to support the KidSafe Connect Program's C3MS transformation initiatives. You will bridge program leadership with frontline staff and guide readiness, change plans and activities across the department.

The role requires strong C3MS knowledge, established front-line relationships, and the ability to translate central change messages into local actions, including training and knowledge

Qualifications

• Significant experience using and supporting C3MS within child protection.
• Strong understanding of case management and service delivery.
• Established relationships with frontline staff to enable engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with frontline staff and other relevant stakeholders across DCP
• Design and deliver engagement and communication activities that support effective transformation readiness and change outcomes
• Translate central change messages into practical local action, including training and knowledge sharing activities
• Progressively engage, prepare and train front-line staff and other relevant stakeholders to support the readiness and change strategy for the eventual C3MS replacement
