Department for Child Protection (DCP) in Adelaide is seeking a Change Lead to drive ICT change management across projects and system enhancements. You will lead a team of Senior Change Analysts, implementing established change frameworks and DCP tools to support adoption.

The role requires extensive experience in change management, strong leadership, and excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver organisational change aligned with government ICT policies and service delivery goals.

Formación

• Experience executing change management frameworks and functions.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver change initiatives through oversight.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to develop innovative ICT solutions within policy framework.
• Experience shaping ICT operations through mentorship and diligence.
