Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Change Management Officer to support large-scale transformation programs. You will provide expert guidance, coaching and design effective change strategies that drive adoption and long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change management outcomes within complex projects or programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Ability to develop practical change management strategies and plans.
• Experience coaching leaders and stakeholders through organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation and evaluation of change management activities.
• Develop stakeholder understanding of change initiatives and translate impacts into outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on change management methodologies and best practices.
• Deliver coaching, education and guidance to managers, staff and stakeholders.
• Design and implement change management plans, tools and strategies.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Assess readiness and identify risks, issues and opportunities.
• Develop recommendations to support adoption.
• Build change capability and people-centred transformation practices across projects.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple programs and monitor interdependencies.
