Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Change Management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, HR, Communications).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management services autonomously on complex programs.
• Scope change management work and estimate resources.
• Analyze client business, operations and structure to assess change impact.
• Propose solutions to mitigate adverse organisational changes.
• Present to executive stakeholders and prepare business documents.
