Job summary

Western Power is seeking a Senior Change Manager in Perth CBD to guide substantial transformation across Engineering & Design. You will partner with senior leaders, project managers and stakeholders to shape change approaches, create practical actions, and drive adoption across multiple workstreams.

This hands-on, consultative role requires facilitation of workshops, development of decision-ready advice, and coaching to mitigate risks and resistance while delivering structured change programs

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI accreditation) or other relevant qualification.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise with demonstrated experience in a change management position.
• Advanced working knowledge of Change Management approaches, principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. PROSCI).
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in program-based change management including design, development and implementation of change plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape the change approach for Engineering & Design’s transformation priorities.
• Conduct rigorous stakeholder analysis and develop engagement, readiness and adoption plans.
• Facilitate workshops and executive conversations to build alignment and test thinking.
• Translate complex transformation activity into clear actions, papers, and communications.
• Identify change risks and provide coaching and timely interventions.
• Manage multiple change activities with solid project discipline and prioritisation.
• Design and deliver education, training and ongoing support to embed new behaviours.
