Job summary

Water Corporation in Western Australia seeks a Change Implementation Specialist to lead and coordinate high-impact business improvement programmes from concept to implementation, partnering with operational teams and subject matter experts to deliver lasting value.

The role requires strong project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the capacity to influence across levels and embed sustainable change across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in business, commerce and/or marketing or PROSCI accredited, project management qualifications.
• Experience delivering complex change or transformation initiatives within large organisations.
• Strong project management capability and understanding of change management frameworks.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within large, multidisciplinary project teams to achieve deliverables.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid C Class Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and contingency planning.
• Prepare project reports, business cases, and progress updates for senior leadership.
• Support embedding and sustainability of project outcomes.
