Job summary

The Government client in Western Australia seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead change management and operational readiness across a diverse project portfolio, ensuring benefits realisation and a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.

You will collaborate with project teams, business leaders and change sponsors to maximise adoption, drive engagement and capability, and develop, coordinate and facilitate change strategies across key initiatives.

• Proven experience transitioning projects into operational or business-as-usual functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management and operational readiness activities across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Engage with project teams, business leaders and change sponsors to ensure engagement, communication, capability development and operational preparedness.
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate change management and operational readiness strategies across key projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments using recognised methodologies such as PROSCI ADKAR.
