Qualifications

• Experience with IT service management and technology-enabled change programs (e.g., ServiceNow).

Job description

We're currently partnering with a leading Australian organisation undergoing a significant portfolio of transformation initiatives and are seeking Senior Change Managers to join large-scale, enterprise-wide programs.

These opportunities sit across several critical transformation streams and will suit experienced Change Managers who have delivered complex programs within highly regulated, customer-centric or technology-driven environments.

This is an excellent opportunity to join impactful programs with strong executive sponsorship, high visibility, and genuine transformation outcomes.

Location: NSW 2113 (3 days onsite)

Contract: 12-month initial contract with extension potential

Rate: $1,000 - $1,200 per day + super

Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting for Senior Change Managers across several specialist streams, including:

CRM & Customer Transformation

• CRM transformation programs, including Salesforce initiatives
• Customer-facing and frontline workforce change
• Large-scale stakeholder engagement and communications
• Adoption and behavioural change across operational teams
• Complex business transformations impacting customer experience

ServiceNow Transformation

• Enterprise ServiceNow implementations or transformations
• ITSM, technology or operational transformation programs
• Complex technology change environments
• Organisational readiness, training and adoption initiatives
• Large stakeholder landscapes across business and technology functions

Data Transformation & Migration

• Data migration and data transformation programs
• Customer data model initiatives
• Enterprise data and platform modernisation projects
• Data governance, process and operating model change
• Complex stakeholder management across business and technical teams

What We're Looking For

This opportunity will suit senior Change practitioners who thrive in complex, high-visibility environments and enjoy partnering with business and delivery leaders to navigate significant transformation. You'll bring a track record of influencing stakeholders, embedding sustainable change outcomes, and supporting organisations through periods of large-scale business, technology or customer change.

Experience within telecommunications environments will be highly regarded.
