Job summary

Infosys is seeking two experienced Principal Consultants to join Melbourne's Workforce Transformation (WX) practice and support continued growth across key client engagements. This role is ideally suited to senior professionals with deep expertise in Organisational Change Management (OCM) and business transformation.

Successful candidates will lead large-scale change initiatives and guide organisations through complex programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting experience in a leading firm or professional services organisation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Organisational Change Management, Workforce Transformation, or Business Transformation.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise transformation programs and change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience engaging senior executives and business leaders.
• Experience developing and implementing change strategies across large-scale transformation environments.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex organisational change and transformation engagements.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies, frameworks, and plans.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and sustained business outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice across people, process, operating model, culture, and transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and change impact assessments.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and account expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
• Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and the continued growth of the Workforce Transformation capability.
