We are seeking two experienced Principal Consultants to join our Melbourne Workforce Transformation (WX) practice and support continued growth across key client engagements.

This role is ideally suited to senior consulting professionals with deep expertise in Organisational Change Management (OCM) and business transformation. Successful candidates will bring a proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives, build trusted executive relationships, and guide organisations through complex transformation programs.

Exposure to industries such as Financial Services (FSI) and Customer, Media & Telecommunications (CMT) is highly desirable. However, we are seeking change leaders who have successfully delivered transformation outcomes within these sectors, rather than specialists focused solely on industry domain expertise.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting digital, technology, operating model, workforce, or culture transformation programs.
• Established professional network within Melbourne and the broader Australian market.
• Relevant change management certifications (Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent) are highly regarded.
