Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Melbourne is seeking two experienced Principal Consultants to join our Workforce Transformation practice. You will lead large-scale organisational change programs, partner with executive stakeholders, and help clients achieve sustainable transformation outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring deep OCM expertise, a track record across financial services or media, and a proven ability to grow client relationships.

Qualifications

Extensive consulting experience in a leading firm or professional services.
Proven track record leading enterprise transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder engagement with senior executives.
Growth mindset with client development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex organisational change and transformation engagements.
Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans.
Partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption and sustained outcomes.
Provide strategic advice across people, process, operating model, culture, and transformation initiatives.
Design and implement stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and change impact assessments.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and account expansion.
Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Contribute to practice development and continued growth of Workforce Transformation capabilities.
