Infosys Consulting, Sydney-based activity within Infosys, is seeking a Senior Principal to lead complex change management programs and oversee a team of management consultants across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

You will drive HR transformations, organizational design, and future workforce planning, collaborating closely with clients to deliver sustainable business outcomes with a people-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or People/HR transformation.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives for large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Diverse industry background including Consulting, Technology, Mining, or Government.

Responsabilités

• Spearhead formulation and execution of change management and human capital strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery and supervise a team of change management consultants.
• Conduct impact assessments, assess change readiness, identify stakeholders and manage resistance.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and establish metrics to evaluate success of change initiatives.
• Lead communication strategy creation, development, delivery, and oversight.
