Qualifications

• Extensive consulting experience in a leading firm or professional services organisation.
• Proven expertise in Organisational Change Management, Workforce Transformation, or Business Transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives and business leaders.
• Experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Experience building, coaching, and developing consulting teams.
• Commercial acumen with experience supporting business growth and client development.
• Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver complex organisational change and transformation engagements.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies, frameworks, and plans.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and sustained business outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice across people, process, operating model, culture, and transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and change impact assessments.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and account expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative client-focused solutions.
• Contribute to practice development and growth of Workforce Transformation capabilities.
