Job summary

City of Stirling is seeking a Senior Change Advisor to lead complex transformation initiatives that affect how services are delivered and how staff embrace change. You will work with senior leaders across programs and technology projects to ensure people are equipped, engaged and ready for new ways of working.

You will influence, collaborate and deliver measurable business outcomes by applying best-practice change management, business readiness, and benefits realisation across multiple projects

• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives across programs and technology projects.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate and deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communications capabilities.
• Experience delivering business readiness activities and benefits realisation.

• Drive change and transformation initiatives
• Support the business in their strategic ambitions through project delivery
