Job summary

The City of Stirling is seeking a Senior Change Advisor to lead complex transformation initiatives across programs and technology projects, shaping how the organisation delivers services to the community. You will work with senior leaders and project teams to apply best-practice change management, ensuring readiness, adoption and tangible business outcomes.

You’ll drive stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and benefits realisation, guiding business units through changes in processes

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Prosci, Lean and/or Agile Change qualifications.
• Significant experience in ERP or other technology implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience delivering business readiness activities.
• Project or program management experience.

• Significant experience in ERP or other technology implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities
