Job summary

City of Stirling is seeking a Senior Change Advisor to lead complex transformation initiatives that affect how services are delivered and how staff embrace change. You will work with senior leaders across programs and technology projects to ensure people are equipped, engaged and ready for new ways of working.

You will influence, collaborate and deliver measurable business outcomes by applying best-practice change management, business readiness, and benefits realisation across multiple projects

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for an experienced change management professional with a passion for driving successful business transformation and enabling people to adapt to new ways of working. You'll ideally bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
• Prosci, Lean and/or Agile Change qualifications
• Significant change management experience
• Significant experience in ERP or other technology implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities
• Experience delivering business readiness activities
• Project or program management experience
