Job summary

AAR Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead organisational change for a major HCM transformation. The role focuses on shaping the Future Operating Model and Business Reform, working with senior executives to navigate resistance and align stakeholders across the program.

The successful candidate will drive organisational readiness, design change interventions and manage adoption as the program progresses towards future technology selections and implementation.

Qualifications

• Senior Change Manager with extensive experience delivering large organisational transformations.
• Proven track record influencing senior executives and overcoming resistance to change.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs beyond technology deployments.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical change strategies and actions.
• Strong skills in change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and readiness planning.
• Experience with future operating models, organisational design and service transformation.
• Exposure to HCM transformation and HRIS related programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy across the HCM transformation with focus on Future Operating Model and Business Reform.
• Develop change strategies, plans and interventions aligned to transformation objectives.
• Engage with senior executives, HR leaders and program leadership to understand impacts and barriers.
• Lead stakeholder engagement in high-resistance environments and build alignment.
• Facilitate conversations to drive consensus on future-state operating models and outcomes.
• Assess organizational, process, capability and workforce impacts of changes.
• Develop targeted interventions to address resistance and readiness risks.
• Coordinate with analytics, communications, learning and HR teams to support adoption.
• Lead readiness activities as future-state processes are defined and transitioned.
• Provide strategic direction while contributing hands-on delivery of change artefacts.
