Wirrigan Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a major, multi-year HCM transformation program. The role requires leading change practitioners, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive change strategies in a large, complex environment.

The successful candidate will guide change across business reform, operating model design, and technology-enabled transformation, adapting approaches as the program evolves to support new ways of working and adoption.

Qualifications

• Senior change management experience, ideally delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading change across large, complex organisations, preferably in a public sector or similarly complex environment.
• Strong HCM transformation experience, with exposure to SAP, Workday or Oracle highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver change management strategies and plans across a large-scale HCM transformation program.
• Lead, coach and coordinate change analysts and practitioners, ensuring consistent and effective change delivery.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders and leaders across multiple levels of the organisation.
• Assess organisational impacts, stakeholder needs and readiness, and develop strategies to manage resistance and support adoption.
• Adapt change approaches as the program evolves, supporting business reform, new ways of working and future operating model changes.
