Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman seeks an experienced Senior Change Analyst for a major digital transformation in the Higher Education sector. Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Change Analyst on large digital, CRM or enterprise transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience conducting change impact and stakeholder assessments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting communications, training, readiness and adoption activities.
• An understanding of structured change methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex transformation impacts into clear actions.
• Experience working across business and technology teams in complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM transformation programs will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed change impact assessments across business processes, systems, roles and ways of working
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess change readiness, risks and adoption requirements
• Support the development and delivery of the change and adoption strategy
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communications and change plans
• Facilitate workshops and consultation sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs
• Gather feedback and translate business impacts into practical change interventions
• Support readiness and adoption activities ahead of implementation and go-live
• Work closely with Change Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product and technology teams
• Assist with the development of communications, training and supporting change materials
• Monitor change risks, issues, readiness and adoption and provide regular reporting to program stakeholders
• Help ensure new processes and ways of working are successfully embedded across the organisation

• Senior Change Analyst
• Higher Eduction/University sector
• Rate: $800 - $900 per day + super
• Contract until: 31 March 2027
• Macquarie Park based - Hybrid working

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support a major digital transformation program focused on improving customer experience, data visibility and service delivery. The program is implementing a new Salesforce-based CRM platform, bringing together information currently held across multiple systems to provide a more complete view of the customer journey. The transformation will enable improved engagement, more proactive service delivery and better use of customer data across the organisation.

Working as part of an established transformation team, the Change Analyst will support the development and execution of change activities across a broad and diverse stakeholder group.
