Job summary

M&T Resources is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to support complex business and technology transformation initiatives within a large operational organisation in Melbourne. The role is hybrid with three days onsite in the Northern suburbs and a daily rate around 700–760 AUD including super.

You will lead change strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, and support adoption of new systems and processes across ERP, digital or operational projects, ensuring readiness and sustained benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in large-scale business and technology transformation.
• Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change across ERP, digital or operational systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness skills.
• Experience in complex or regulated environments, ideally aviation, infrastructure or transport.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR highly regarded.
