Job summary

Talenza is recruiting an experienced Workday Change Analyst for a Sydney-based, fixed-term contract with a hybrid working arrangement. You will help drive adoption of Workday and related HR process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful change outcomes.

You will lead change activities across readiness, communications and training, with a hands-on, proactive approach and strong relationship-building capabilities to support a major HR transformation

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday implementation or HR transformation programs.
• Strong change management experience across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of change management plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
• Translate business impacts into practical communication, engagement and adoption activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions and change activities.
• Develop communications, presentations, FAQs and stakeholder updates.
• Support training planning, coordination and readiness activities.
• Monitor change risks, issues and dependencies.
• Gather feedback and adoption insights to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to project planning and delivery activities.
