Job summary

Dynamic Holdings Limited seeks an experienced Security Control Room Officer for a fast-paced, technology-driven control room. You will monitor CCTV across APAC locations and manage IT systems, tickets and digital reporting to ensure quick, accurate responses.

You will work with security, IT and maintenance teams, handling access control records and shift handovers with meticulous attention to detail. The role requires strong communication and the ability to prioritise tasks during rotating

Qualifications

• High proficiency in navigating multiple IT systems and applications.
• Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft Teams, shared inboxes and digital reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• The ability to prioritise competing tasks and remain organised under pressure.
• Availability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
• Strong experience in CCTV and control room operations, with confidence using technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV across APAC locations and conduct virtual patrols.
• Respond to alarms, assess priorities and elevate issues.
• Raise, track and follow up CCTV and IT support tickets.
• Manage APAC calls through Microsoft Teams.
• Monitor shared inboxes and action incoming requests.
• Administer access cards and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain detailed digital logs, reports and shift handovers.
• Coordinate with security, IT and maintenance teams.
