Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking a professional, enthusiastic and operationally savvy Control Room Operator to join our Security Department on a full-time basis. In this role you will monitor CCTV, manage access control and coordinate incident responses across a busy venue.

You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, maintain vigilance over assets, and apply process-driven thinking to deliver tangible security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in Security will be desirable.
• NSW Security Licence 1A.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• You must be 18 years or over.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and manage access control across ICC Sydney.
• Coordinate incident responses with stakeholders in a composed, diplomatic manner.
• Maintain vigilance over ICC Sydney assets and provide practical solutions.
• Work a 4 day on, 4 day off rotating roster with 12-hour shifts.
