Job summary

Procare Group is seeking a Senior Case Manager to join our Claims Consulting team in NSW. The role is permanent part-time (4 days per week) with hybrid flexibility, ideally based in Sydney, and onsite presence as required.

You will manage RTW plans, liaise with stakeholders, and support clients through recovery and return-to-work processes. Mandatory: minimum 5 years of NSW case management, experience in self-insurance and RTW coordination with SIRA Certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years case management experience in NSW.
• Experience in self-insurance (highly regarded).
• RTW coordination experience & SIRA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality RTW and case management within NSW Workers Compensation jurisdiction.
• Support clients to recover and RTW and pursue pre-injury activities.
• Develop and implement return to work plans in workplaces.
• Assist employers to meet statutory obligations under Workers Compensation.
• Liaise with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive outcomes.
