Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Senior Customer Vehicle Representative to support the Location Manager in daily operations at the Emerald store, with potential travel to other QLD stores. You will manage rentals, returns, vehicle preparation, and service delivery to customers while leading a team effort to meet business targets.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service experience, plus flexibility to work 7 days including weekends and public holidays, and holds a full AU driver’s

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Experience in customer service or sales; rental industry preferred.
• Flexibility for 7-day shift work including weekends/public holidays.
• Full AU driver's licence with ability to drive automatic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations in close cooperation with the Location Manager.
• Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee vehicle preparation to ensure readiness for customer pickup and cleanliness.
• Ensure all features of vehicles are operational when returned by customers.
• Work as part of a high performing team.
