South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Senior Call Centre Operator to coordinate interpreter bookings and communication services across culturally and linguistically diverse communities. You will act as a senior point of contact for staff, clients and interpreters and support workforce coordination activities.

The role offers flexible working arrangements (subject to approval) and a pathway to contribute to continuous service improvements while ensuring high-quality interpreter

• Experience in a fast-paced call centre or booking coordination environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
