As a Senior Call Centre Operator, this role plays an integral part in coordinating interpreter booking and communication services that support culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
The position provides the opportunity to act as a senior point of contact for staff, clients and interpreters, support workforce coordination activities, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives while ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality interpreter services.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in a call centre, customer service or booking coordination environment, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding setting. Success in this role requires well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and exceptional attention to detail when managing interpreter bookings, enquiries and scheduling activities.
Proven experience providing guidance, support or leadership within a team, combined with sound judgement, the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, and proficiency in booking, scheduling or customer management systems, will support the delivery of responsive, professional and high-quality services to staff, clients and interpreters.
