Job summary

NSW Health's Health Language Services division seeks a Senior Call Centre Operator to coordinate interpreter bookings and provide a senior point of contact for staff, clients and interpreters at the Campbelltown site.

You will bring extensive call centre or bookings experience, strong communication and organisational skills to deliver high-quality interpreter services and support workforce coordination initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a call centre, customer service or booking coordination environment.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail for managing interpreter bookings and scheduling.
