Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical or Senior Business Analyst in application delivery, especially in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of software development, system integrations, APIs and delivery.
• Solid stakeholder management across business and technical audiences.
• Experience documenting requirements, specifications and system solutions.
• Experience leading development outcomes and coordinating internal/external delivery resources.
• Hands-on testing support including UAT and defect validation.
• Experience using log analysis tools such as Splunk.
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman/SOAPUI and Atlassian Suite.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for delivering activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Develop functional specs and solution designs for delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions.
• Deliver solutions meeting privacy, security and architectural standards.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and provide status updates.
• Support end-to-end SDLC activities including testing and deployment.
• Coordinate testing (UAT) and defect validation with Devs and Testers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
• Mentor team members and uplift delivery capabilities.
• Plan and run delivery cadences aligned with Medibank practices.
