Medibank Private Limited is seeking a commercially minded Senior Healthcare Analytics Analyst to join our Provider Analytics team in Australia. You will tackle high-impact strategic initiatives, building dynamic financial and commercial models and influencing decisions that deliver value for customers and the healthcare system.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Healthcare, Strategy, Finance and Provider teams, translate complex findings for non-technical audiences, mentor juniors,

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinker capable of solving complex and ambiguous problems.
• Advanced Excel modelling with financial and scenario-based models.
• Experience with SAS, SQL or similar analytical tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Drive analytics support for strategic healthcare projects and initiatives.
• Develop financial and commercial models to assess new healthcare initiatives, funding approaches and pricing changes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support provider and healthcare strategies.
• Assess business impacts, risks and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives.
• Support hospital funding and provider-related initiatives through robust data analysis.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with a broad range of stakeholders to influence decision-making and outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior team members within a collaborative team environment.
