BDO in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager in Business Development to shape and drive growth for the Business Services practice. You will lead BD initiatives, develop market-facing plans with Partners and subject matter experts, and scale priority service specialisations nationally.

You will build and leverage referral networks, identify target clients, and guide opportunities from plan to revenue, while collaborating with Sydney leadership to increase market presence and win work.

Formación

• Significant business development experience in professional services or accounting.
• Proven ability to develop and execute BD plans to market evolving service propositions.
• Exceptional relationship-building across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience building strategic referral networks and partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen to connect opportunities across service lines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to challenge traditional approaches.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, even without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BD initiatives for Sydney and scale priority service specialisations nationally.
• Develop and execute business development plans to build targeted relationships and win work.
• Strengthen referral relationships and connect the right people to opportunities.
• Coach Partners on market segmentation, target identification, and client engagement.
• Support proposals, pitches, and win strategies for high-value opportunities.
• Improve pipeline visibility and discipline through regular reviews and reporting.
